President of Russia Vladimir Putin expresses condolences on terrorist attack in Pakistan
Islamabad -(Adnan Hameed): Russian President Vladimir Putin extended his condolences to President of Pakistan Arif Alvi and Prime Minister of Pakistan Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar on the terrorist attack in the province of Balochistan. The message reads, in part: 1. “The killing of people during a religious ceremony has once again highlighted the barbaric, inhumane nature of terrorism. 2. The masterminds of this crime must not escape retribution. I would like to reaffirm that the Russian Side is ready to further expand counter-terrorism cooperation with the Pakistani partners.” 3. President Putin requested to convey his words of sincere sympathy and support to the victims’ families and friends as well as his wishes of speedy recovery to all those injured.
