Special Prayers and Gun Salutes Tomorrow to Mark Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) in Pakistan
Islamabad - (Nasir Abbas) : Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) will be celebrated tomorrow with profound religious devotion and respect throughout Pakistan. The day will begin with a thirty-one-gun salute in the Federal Capital, Islamabad, and a twenty-one-gun salute in each provincial capital, marking the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Special prayers will be offered after the Fajr prayer, focusing on the unity of the Muslim Ummah and the progress and prosperity of Pakistan. In honor of this sacred occasion, the government has declared a public holiday nationwide. The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony will host the National Seerat Conference in Islamabad, where religious scholars will reflect on the life and teachings of the Prophet (PBUH). This evening, a Mehfil-e-Naat and Seerat Prize Distribution ceremony will be held in Islamabad, also under the auspices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. These events aim to promote the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH) and encourage the younger generation to follow his example. Across the country, streets, roads, mosques, public buildings, and homes are beautifully decorated with vibrant lights, celebrating this auspicious day. Tomorrow, Milad processions will take place in cities nationwide, where religious scholars will highlight the Prophet’s (PBUH) exemplary life, stressing the importance of following his teachings and Sunnah. In addition to the processions, Mahafil-e-Milad will be organized in towns and cities, providing opportunities for the faithful to reflect on the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) and draw inspiration from his life, which remains a guiding light for Muslims around the world.
