Meeting of Turkish Ambassador Mehmet Pacaci with Federal Minister of Aviation Khawaja Saad Rafiq
Islamabad 15 December 2022: (Adnan Hameed) : Federal Aviation Minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq met with the ambassador of Turkey, Mehmet Pacaci. The Federal Minister said that there are long historical, cultural and religious relations between Pakistan and Turkiye. During the meeting, bilateral issues of both countries and aviation/rail link issues were discussed. The Federal Minister of Aviation and the Turkish Ambassador discussed continuing the bilateral cooperation and expanding it. Aviation Minister said P.K. TK (PK-TK) project is working as a bridge between the two countries. In the meeting, it was agreed to further increase the cooperation between the two countries. It was discussed to increase the scope of mutual flights from Pakistan to Antalya. Khawaja Saad Rafiq further said that the operation of Pakistan, Iran, Turkey railway link is the need of the hour.
